Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased at Home Deco For You, you can return it to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of item(s) at your own expense for an exchange or refund.

Please note that PERSONALISED ITEMS are non-refundable nor returnable thus includes anything dried flower range as well.

1. Please check all personalisation before completing your order as no changes can be made once processed.
2. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return.
3. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition, with all tags still intact.
4. No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or without tags still intact.
5. All merchandise that is returned must be done so at the expense of the buyer.

We will refund you the original price paid for the returned item, less any adjustments or credits that may have been subsequently issued (if any). As well as the deduction of the postage cost incurred if sent via Standard delivery.

Please note that if you return an item without a receipt or an invoice, we will issue a credit for the last known value of the item.

You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund process has been completed.

We will exchange items purchased from Home Deco For You for different colours, sizes, and styles as long as the item is returned within 14 days of delivery at your expense, with a copy of the original receipt. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Any items you wish to exchange please contact us on (email) and we will guide you through the process.

• All deliveries are charged at £4.95 to anywhere in the UK
• For anywhere else in the world out the UK please contact our team on info@homedecoforyou.com
• All deliveries are delivered only to the cardholders address
• Delivery’s for personalised items or bespoke flowers may take up-to 5-7 working days in the UK get in touch with us if you need an express delivery.
• Delivery’s outside of the UK may vary, for more information contact our team on info@homedecoforyou.com
• Any orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, anything after will be dispatched the following day
• All deliveries are made by the courier service between 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri
• Any customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and do not provide any assistance in the process.
